Off of ebay. Was told it's an Expert. Noticed that the brake bridge has 03 stamped on it on the lower right hand corner. Any idea what this may mean? Would love to post pics, but....

i'll post the serial # tomorrow, I boxed it back up. I already know it's not a "desirable" frame, but it's what my girl wanted, so I'm building it for her. I like it too.
