I got together all the un-stuck stickers I could get my hands on and today I talked with someone who can reproduce all the rest from stickers already stuck. Should have down tube, head tube, seat mast, top tube and fork stickers for both models. Some came in a couple different colors and I will offer both. I am not sure of the prices I will sell the sets for. The more intrest I get from PMs the more I will get made and the cheaper they will be. Everybody LMK. I should have everything ready to go to print in a couple of weeks.

Steve,
I know this doesn't help you, but I have a bunch of Homeless stickers in storage back in the states.
What are you putting together?
I loved my 21.5" TT Mack, except for the coaster brake tab; not a good feature for a racer.

Yo Steve,
Did you end up getting any Mack head tube stickers?

Carl, the stickers are for bikes I already have built.

I have originals for the Soul Bro but need some others for the Mack like the head tube and seat mast. There are some other folks that need complete kits for their bikes so I am doing my community service by getting some sets together.
Brian Allmand still has your Mack XL and has no plans of ever getting rid of it.
I also ended up with Kevin Martin's old bike-minus a few sweet parts like cranks and wheels. He ran Flights and Super Pros, too. Oh, well. Here is a pic below. I have since added GT Power series cranks.

No, Eben, I am going to have to scan one I have on a number plate and have my art guy work with it. If you have a Mack head tube sticker and/or a seat tube sticker, I won't have to have any artwork done, I can just work straight off of scans.

Steve, I want stickers of everything you are going to have made. I have some TT sticker here at the house that I had made.

I have tons of photos of all the stickers off of a Mack. I purchased my 93 Mack XL in 93 and it only came with the TT stickers, so I would like to complete this one and Have extras for my other Homeless frames. If you ever run into someone selling a sol bro let me know.
Here is a link to my Homeless site
http://homelessbikes.blogspot.com/ Also if you know how to reach Greg Hansen that would be great. I need some more info to complete my Bio on Homeless before I publish it. Here is an old pic of my XL. It's tore down now and getting all new equipment

If anybody has any Homeless parts or product they want to sell, let me know. I can also be found at the museum under the same user name.

Last I heard Hansen was working with web development or something of that nature for Dell in Austin. He's married now and has a kid. I can say that after the team left and Gregg took control of things it really wasn't Homeless anymore. The best way to describe Gregg's original position was basically helping with financial backing, and helping find frame manufacturers, otherwise it was Dave Parrick and James Shepherd's brainchild. I know Parrick and I were talking about alot of this the past few weeks since he's finally getting the ball rolling on the Homeless box set, since there are a lot of questions of the origin of the company and how the teamriders were chosen. I'll answer any of your questions to the best of my knowledge, and ask Parrick if needed.

Yep, it seemed like when Greg took over that he was tring to make it more like what DC shoes have become, trendy. I will put together a list of questions so I can finish my Homeless Bio. I have bought several Homeless frames that had no stickers and people thought they were early S&M's with a coaster brake tab. I just don't want Homeless to disapear and fade away because of lack of information. I'll get back with you later Eben with some questions Thank's -Jay

Carl, that is a rad shot. It's weird to imagine 9th street the way it was the first couple of years with only three or four jumps in the same space. Like I said above, that frame is still in San Marcos with Brian.
Thanks for the intrest, Long Haul. The stickers should be done up to a very high level. I have Adam Roye working on the project. He does all of the graphics for stickers and T-shirts for EMPIRE BMX.
He rides and is a wizard on the computer. I got some sample scans from him today and everything looks awesome so far. I also have alot of input from some of the original team riders so the everything should be accurate.

If I haven't bitten my tongue in 26 years I don't think it will happen (knocks on wood).
You need to wear a helmet at the trails (Bryson's Facebook photos from the pump track); I wouldn't want you to damage your beautiful hair!

Finally done with all the artwork. The sticker sets are ready for print. Just waiting to hear from the sticker company on price before I go ahead with the order. The price will also effect how many I order. Don't worry, though, I will have plenty made for the intrest people have already expressed. I will have sets for both Mack and Soul Bro complete with all three color fork/top tube stickers(6 total). Don't know what the asking price will be. I will know when I figure out what I will have into this project. You guys will not be disappointed with the quality. The guy who did the artwork has actually designed sticker sets for pro model framesets(he did the graphics on Chase Hawk's frameset) and most of the stickers are scanned from original stickers.
I know this has taken way longer than I had hoped, but it seems as though things are finally coming together.
I am not sure what the rules of the site are as far as me selling product without being a supporter. I hope all is cool. I am not doing this as a money making venture.

OK, after spending much time on this project and finding a printer that will do a small run of high quality stickers, I need to know for sure who will buy these when they are done.
If I can't justify the money spent, I will scrap the project.
These original stickers were screen printed. This is a very expensive process. There is no other way to make these stickers look right. The set-up charges are through the roof. And 7 colors to boot.
As of now, the sets will be somehere around $65-$75 each.
This includes: Head tube, Down tube, Seat tube, and 2 of each color(yellow,green,purple-6 total) for the Toptube/Forks for both the Mack and Soul Bro framesets(first generation).
I am not trying to profit from this. I am just trying not get some of my investment back.
Please post here on this thread and tell me how many sticker sets I can expect to sell. Also please tell me if the price is outrageous or if everybody is OK with paying that much.
Thanks, Steve

Hi Steve,
Good work mate. If the stickers are identical to the originals I'll have one set of each for definite (I might sell the older of my two mk1s so will only need the one Mack set and one for the Soul Bro). Let me know when you want payment and thanks for your efforts with this

Finally settled on a printer. I gave them a deposit to start working on the job today. Stickers should be ready by the end of November. The printer will have the originals as reference for color, so my expectations are very high.
Price will be $65.00 shipped in US for one frame/fork sticker set
I'll have to see what international shipping is for Craig and hopefully others.
When I have the stickers in my hands, I will accept payment.
Until then, thanks for everybody's patience and support.

Hey Steve,
Have you checked with any mail order companies (specifically empire bmx) if they would be intersted in stocking some of these sticker packs? I bet they could help spread the word that these are available and some collectors may be interested in picking up a few sticker packs. Also Tom has a soft spot for midschool bmx stuff, I bet especially austin texas related bmx stuff.

You must have a crystal ball, Dan. I have an arrangement with them(EmpireBMX) to sell the stickers on their site. This could be big.
It is a natural thing for Empire to sell them because they are the evolution of Trend BMX shop who originally owned Homeless.

that is great! I hope this kind of thing catches on, with S&M re-releasing the holmes and pad sets, you putting these sticker packs together, hoffman bikes re releasing the flaming H tee shirt, and 2 hip rereleasing the 2 hip pork, i think there is a lot of opprotunity to bring back key items that really capture the midschool era. Im glad you are putting in all the work to make these stickers available.
