A guy showed up at a Hampton Va. local race today with a Bandito Cruiser. No one knew what it was till I got there and I saw those dual drop-outs. I only knew of one guy in this area that had Bandito stuff so I asked him if it was an old bike of that guy, but he said he bought it from someone who also bought it used and did not know what it was.
That thing is in fantastic shape and Andrew Townsend actually raced it in an Open class moto. It would be near mint if it had the stickers on it still.
I wish I had brought my camera. How rare were these and does anyone else have one?

yes it was. retro items were only the profile cranks and skyway mags. its all i could afford at the time. i no some people dont like the fact that there are few retro parts on a old school frame, but hey i like it,and its mine. do u personally see a problem with it.please let me no

Calm down take a deep breath. let your internet Hero moment pass. The only thing I have a personal problem with is your reply. Seems you may not be happy with your own build???????? I am also building a Bandito cruiser. feel free to say what you want about it . I love hearing what people think about my bikes. good and bad. I get some good idea's from it. And remember at the end of the day it is just a Bike.
