Newb question here. I'm curious about the Kappa Co. Are they a off-swing of Hutch? I've noticed alot of Hutch similarities, frame shape, decal font, stems, etc. Are they a off shoot of Hutch or just someone who took the ideas of a past company and ran with them. Sorry if ignorant question, just curious.
