Does anyone here know an ebayer by the name of sdillman17? I'm asking because he won an auction of mine 3 days ago and he has made no attempts to contact or pay me. Nothing, nadda, nil. He has all good feedback, but nothing newer than may of last year.

Anyway, just like everyone else on that great garage sale in the ether, I would like to ship it or relist it. Any info would be appreciated.

Most guys pay within a week. Even eBay's non-paying bidder deal has a seven day trigger.

I believe I have dealt with him before without any problems.

What are your own payment and contact terms "listed" in the auction as? If you didn't list any then check Ebay's general auction and payment/contact timeline rules...when you have some time read up on it, saves a lot of communication problems. smile.gif

Thanks. I think I was vaguely aware of the 7 day policy. I am just surprised - it's been my experience when someone bids what seems like 'a lot' of money for some old bike parks, they are generally in a big hurry to get their hands on those old bike parts. I will give him a few more days.

Now, about that. I have seen that quite a few people list some rules about quicker payment. Does anyone think that this is effective in getting a faster response/payment from winning bidders?
