Stolen Bike(s) 2005
Definitely not a Vintage piece, but as these were very unique and un-matched in the discipline, they are regarded as instant Vintage...
...and STOLEN!!!
HONDA/G-Cross had the use of this bike. They have disbanded as of the past 2007 UCI Season, and what was the HONDA/IronHorse team bid farewell a year later, 2008.
IronHorse of whom I am personaly reserved for are now seemingly defunct and not about to reclaim their hard work for the past 4 years on the Circuit--no Factory Team and no facility. Very much so, no Bicycles also.
Scammers are awful people and I have seem a bunch in many persuasions. Seeing and reading about circumstances in the Cycling World really dis-heartens those who enjoy the Sport and ruins alot of gifted riders, Male or Female, potential.
These HONDA bikes were crazy slick, and are what all these merger Companies are striving to achieve, but without the foundation like the RN-01 HONDA which was never for sale to the Public in any Country.
It'll never, ever see the type of acceptance for which they (SRAM/TRUVATIV/ROCKSHOX) feel entitled to.
More of a scope on Mountain Bike recreation than an out-right Vintage find.
