On Saturday I scored a 83 600a from a guy 3 miles from me and today I picked up this 26” Champion Cruiser, the really cool thing is both of them are total survivors except at some time they both had the seats changed out. I am not sure exactly what year the Champion is, if anyone knows how to date it let me know.

Here's the 83 600a from Saturday

love the Redline !!!! that Champion is " the ONE that has eluded me " maybe someday I'll obtain one ?!?!? I think the Champion came out in 79.

I picked the Redline up for my son but I love this Champion, and I wasn’t even looking for one. I got a call from a guy on Sunday and it sounded too good to be true, and then he was too busy to meet up so I had to wait but we were able to meet up this morning and I couldn’t give him the money fast enough. I am thinking it is a 79-80 the decals are in great shape except one of the top tube decals is starting to come loose. The chrome is also in great shape but I need to clean and polish it.

It is Chrome; it just looks like nickel in the photo because it is very dirty and has some light corrosion. I have started cleaning the chrome up and it is very brilliant.

I appreciate the comments, I have scored some pretty nice and rare bikes over the years and this one is defiantly on my top 10 list. And to those that have sent PM’s I plan on keeping this bike and I am not parting it out, Sorry! This bike is a true survivor and will stay that way. I will let those that have asked about it know if I decide to sell it down the road.

My son is working on a 71 Stingray so he has the bike stand but as soon as he is done with it this bike is next to go on the stand to be cleaned, I will post photos once it is done.

like that RL a lot, not much of a cruiser fan, but the twin down tube is pretty hot.
