Full Version: Here Comes The JUDGE, My JUDGE 2 Rider

first off this bike was built as a rider, as opposed to the blue pro racer i built which was a bike that could be ridden. this is judge 2 in its original electric blue finish, nice big 20 1'2 top tube. i gotta say i love the steep head angle of the judge, it handles awesome. anyway this was one of two hutch winter projects i was working on and its finally done. personally i like the blue white color scheme. again a little different but i think it works. i did use the blackwalls on purpose as it gave it a little tougher look than the skinwalls i had on it before. for some reason they ( skinwalls ) just did'nt look right. anyway, here it is. thanks to JDB for the hutch decals and mike rodrigues for the crit plate and interchangeables.

I love the blue/white combo too. I bought an original finish blue Judge with a white Judge fork from Richie a few years ago. Somebody must have swapped forks bitd. I have always thought the color combo was awesome with white bars. Yours looks great. Judge handling will keep you on your toes, thats for sure. I'm sure it feels good to have your bikes finished.

Nice bike. I'm glad you ride it. it would be disapointed if you did'nt.

Did you use new school tires on it? I like the black walls.

r u sure that is a judge? the top tube seems wrong
starchild
it's a judge 2 XL. the top tube is ovalized it's just hard to see.
mr coasterbrake
those TTs on the later ones were inconsistent. some were really, really ovalized, some almost not at all - and everywhere in between. they didn't all have the same dropouts, either.

Both of your Hutch rides are awesome - I'd love to get a Judge one day!
Thanks for posting them!

Your right!! The blackwall tires do it right.... If there was more chrome then the skinwalls would look right. Nice build bro, congrats on a rarer build as well.... I myself love the steeper headtube rides which gives the bike a quicker response. Good job!!!

We would all be proud to be seen on that bike. Thats class.
