They are "Universal" Italian made brakes. Pretty cool brake back in the day. The Model Super 68 (They usually named the brakes after the year they were introduced) was the weapon of choice with the roadies until Campagnolo came out with theirs.
They were anodizing brakes back in the mid 70s but I hadn't seen blue ones. Not BMX per se (more of a commuter type brake) but still a nice score

Interesting info. I found a red NOS in the bag and thought it was some copy pot metal junk. Glad I saved it.
