Todd-----

Its just my opinion but for "me" I would want the 26" to be something I could buzz around the streets on but not so lame as some of the original 26"ers from say 1981.

I would want a sweet middle ground frameset.

Something like a jmc 24" or a hutch 24" just scaled up to the 26" size

Alot of the old school 26"ers had top tubes that ran parallel with the ground.

Id like it to slope downward but not ridiculous.

Best way to describe what ifd like is a jmc 24" just scaled up to fit the 26" wheels

If that is JC cutom, I am patiently waiting for mine. It's been a long wait, but it should be sweet.
HurricaneHenry
It is a JC 26" JMC replica, 14 months in the making and 1 of 5 he built. I'm in the process of having the wheels built and acquiring the remaining parts and pieces. Can't wait to build this baby up!

I would definitely be in for a 26" version.

Yeah, mine has been on order since February. The wait is killing me. I ordered mine with threadless and v brakes. It sure does look sweet.
HurricaneHenry
He's doing a JMC 26" for you as well?
cowboy
Yeah, it's been at the chromers for a month now. I've got a collection of parts waiting, the bars and cranks are coming from him as well. I am just having a difficult time finding chrome or polished 26" rims.

Story of my life!

I was lucky enough to find some chrome Araya's on Ebay about a year ago. I bought them specifically for this build. I recently found another set Araya 26x1.5's at a local swap meet and I'm having them polished as we speak (type). cool.gif

It's not as similiar as I thought, but it is an Azusa rear on a Supercross front in chrome.

Thanks,Not sure how I missed it.

Hey Todd. Here is a pic of my 26 inch NoMoreA. It had a nice look and geometry. If you could do the Azusa 26 similar to this I would be in for sure.
