I recently bought the rights to "Bango" from TONE and have decided that I will start making them again. That includes the "Two-in-One" Bango, the "western Bango" and the the legendary "Bangospeeds" Some of the items will be crafted to a high degree of accuracy in the Netherlands

I will also try to continue with TONE'S history of high quality.

Fear not, the new Bangos will be easily identified by a small letter R laser etched onto the second thread of the left hand screw that hold the Bango together.

I will also re-manufacture layed back and layed front seatpost, "Moher" saddles and if there is enough interest (though I know TONE never manufactured one) I will build a 26" Bango

That's great news, I've been searching for a new bango to replace the bango that I broke bitd...I thought about getting a new skool bango, but they just dont feel as good as my old bango, and theres no way I'd ever be able to afford a true vintage bango.

Will these marketed under the "Bango Hi-Performance" name and will the owners of "Bango Sporting Goods" take issue with this ?

Guys, this is something that rick and I have been working on for along time.

Ive been super, super swamped and to be honest the passion I once had for Bangos has gone away.

Rick approached me in mid 2008 inquiring about my Bangos and if I had any current plans for them.

After a few beers, and some DMT we came to an agreement.

I know Rick will be carrying on with the Bango quality and Im glad this opportunity has fallen upon him.

The new line of bangos will still carry the famous "45 degree" rear dropouts. All future products
will have my portrait on a headtube decal. We have a famous artist in sweden working on it as we speak.

As for Viince thats going to be Ricks call. The name of the Bango flagship will be Bangostar. Were very proud of this item. It top secret though so dont ask. sorry

To answers all the multiple e-mails, I will be also doing a "Deep B" Bango and I did notice those people on E-bay using the "Bango" and as such, they have been contacted by my lawyers and will soon be visited by Mario and Luigi.
