Those were popular maybe 5-8 years ago, we sold quite a bit of them. The local track even had a few runt bike races at intermission. They got taken off the market briefly because they didn't have brakes. The modded them with a brake and put them back out. Haven't seen much of them in a few years.

I Have two of those. Mine have a disc brake setup. My dad saw them laying by the trash on large pickup day. No scratches pretty good shape. I can't ride them very good. My bro in law can and so can my kids and the neighborhood kids. They love em. We call them clown bikes.

I shop I worked at many years ago had the real clown bike; about an 8" wheelbase, no taller than 5", completely rideable. Of course they didnt give it to me when I asked.
