Who was your favorite kid bmx star from the 70's and 80's? Why do you think they were the best? Where are they know? Do you have any memorys to share of watching them race?

Jason Jensen tops my list -and each year he comes up for hall of fame in the aba, I vote for him each year, and I cannot believe he is not in there yet.

That youtube video is awesome! I had never seen that. I love when those things pop up.
There were so many fast riders in the early 80's in that 9-11 yr range...Scofield, Andrew Soule, Jensen, Garcia, etc..etc... Everybody had good and bad days but there were a few that were consistently fast. I for one was horribly inconsistent...lol

Ronnie Ames and Steve Skibel were the same age. Both born around late 67'. Always wanted to race those guys including Bo Stevens (Wheels N' Thing/ Peddlepower).
