Here's a round brake bridge model. Very stable, neutral handling. Huge top tube, I read the 24's used the top/down tubes from the 26" version.

Mine has a mishmosh of old and new parts, it's a rider. Like he said, real neutral and feels more for cruising than racing, though it's certainly capable---just has a different feel than normal cruiser frames. I like it.
