BITD, we inverted the frame so we could have more rake in the headtube to slow the steering. No need for the 73 degree head tube angle at 60 mph. I used and old Huffy Stu Thompson frame and fork. I used 2 dumbell handles and welded them as a cross, clamped one end in the seatube with a 10 lb weight atteched with the regular barbell clamp, then 2 5 lbs weights on each side of that. I just balanced my knees on the bar (with kneepads). It's not like you're on these bikes for very long. I had some old araya 7x with sealed suzue's and made a seat over the bottom bracket shell with duct tape and pipe foam. I also used the Huffy's stem and used some powerlite mini bars ran upside down. In the hills around Tacoma, you couldsmoke any motorized vehicle downhill. Used to burn up a lot of shoes though.
