S. Korea has a higher population density than Japan, so it may be hard to have land to make a BMX track.
By the way I am living in Mongolia. It is absolutely awesome off-road riding. You don't even have to dig up a track. It's dry enough that there are basically no weeds. Lots of high steppe hills to descend. I only brought 2 cyclocross bikes here. I'm in UlaanBaatar, Mongolia. Only bring fat tire bikes here.
