G-day again fella's,

It's been a while since I have been here and I thought it would be the perfect chance to catch up and share some pics that I recently got my hands on.

All these pics are from the FCA ( Freestyle Cycling Association ) that was formed by a buch of good mates in the mid 80's in Adelaide, South Austraila. I literally have over 200 pics so I'm going to post a few up over the next week. There are just so many but I will pick just a few based on coolness, hairstyles, tricks, fasion and just for some of the freaky bystanders.

I hope some you dig them.

Amazing Pics!

Now, go look at the shirtless, mulleted dude on the chrome '88 Pro Freestyle Tour. Yeah, that dude in the red shorts there, with the Ferrari muscle shirted, beer drinkin' Cobra Kai in the background.

Ok.. enlarge the picture. Now, anyone, someone explain the BIZARRE peg placement on both the forks and the rear triangle. Check out the rears first... WTF? Now, look up front... WTF?

Did dude weld some pegs to his GT frame?

Those pix are absolutely KILLER dude. So much to comment on, but I just don't have the time! (Yeah, I noticed the custom peg placement right off, too, Sunburn.

As for the second pic..I don't even want to know.

Well, thats me pulling the decade in front of the 6 year old girls.....yep, they loved me.

Axelpeg, I know what you mean. I have so many pics I didn't know where to start so I just started putting them up.



LMAO! I'll dig some more pics of that bike, but the guys weren't scared of pulling the stick welder out so it may have been a home job mod.

I might just have chrome GT with the custom rear peg mounts. I picked it up from the repair guy on Saturday morning. Here's a before photo.

Scott, these are amazing photos! Thanks for sharing. I absolutely love the late 80's mix and match style in those bikes. The 3rd, 6th and 7th are beyond cool!

Bob, my best mate ( Simon ) from back then was the chairman for the club, and these have been at his mums house all these years. I've been waiting to share them for so long now. His sister took most of the photo's to her credit.

James, I don't know who that dude is but I agree.......I think they could be pyjama's. It was illegal to wear pyjamas in public in Adelaide in 1990....I don't know how he got away with it. Actually I'm not sure why one of the guys didn't tap him on the shoulder and give him the heads up...

I'm putting all the pics together on discs to send out to the boys. Matt will be easy to track down but Kim may be the hard one. Last I heard he was into hang gliding but still in South OZ.....There is still more to come!
