I'm currently building my race bike, near mint, chrome '86 Redline 600cxl. All I need at this point to finish are.... cranks, bottom bracket, chain, pads and number plate. Hope to have it done by mid-winter, then I'll start looking/shopping around for a late spring project, another freestyler.

smile.gif Happy Turkey!

I am building something in memory of the greatest bike company in history.
Pauly
Several projects are pending... I just never find the time or have the energy to put the pieces together.

Speaking of rare though. If anyone has a couple grand floating around you can go after this gem...

2FRESH
That's the second Robinson Freestyler i have ever seen. Are those home-welded u-brake posts i see under the chainstays? A chrome one is located in Germany:

Projects..
a few mid school flatland projects going on, one mid school race bike project and two vintage race builds. Looking to finish atleast one or two for the spring/summer. Also "motofying" the wife's bike, a 26" cruiser, even made a "windjammer" plate for it recently for the fun of it:

I have seen this in person and it is nice to ride.
Pauly
Interesting that the chrome one has a CW/Revcore style frame platform and the blue one has a GT Performer style platform.

The story goes that only 5 were made in 86 and they never made it to commercial production.

Wow. Robinson freestyle? Just when you thought you saw it all. I'm trying to get together a few survivor and "retro" inspired builds....a GT and a Haro. Only time and money will tell!
Spicoli
I plan to do a few more survivor type race and freestyle builds over the winter like the 86 Sport I just completed...

I've been working on my PK looptail since 86 "this may be the longest build in history"....hopefully It will be done soon, basically I just need to polish it and find some decals, and clean up a couple of parts that I have for it...I'm stoked about this bike !

Don, you need to finish up that RL, it looks so freagin sweet man !

TTT, cant wait to see what kind of crazy sick bikes you will unleash upon us !

Happy Thanksgiving all !

Hey James, have you done this replica yet:

Unfortunatley, I can't make my skull grow anymore or make my skeletal structure decrease. I'm over 6' & 200lbs so my head would need to be the size of a standard Weber gas grill, so can't do the replica.
subwax
I've got a veritable damn cracker of a project. Will post a very small teaser soon.
Dave Muggleston
TTT, what ever happened to the Trick Star / GHP replica frames? Maybe I'm out of the loop but I don't remember anything about them after "the thread"...
subwax
I think James was taking the [I tried to curse].

Hence the reason why Hill chased me around these message boards for months afterwards. Like a little dog on a leash clamoring for any chance to hump his master's leg, hahaha
