Tuff 24" retro or regular, they look the same???
bluedyno
The retro ones have a "T-Spoke" design (one rib per spoke) and the regular ones have an "H-Spoke" design (2 ribs per spoke)

They switched to the H-spoke ones a few years ago.

Skyway is actually making the T-spoke wheels again.

Skyway started making the "H" section model in 1991 when Huffy contracted them to make that style wheel for them for cruisers. After MUCH begging and pleading, I got Skyway to re-do the original "T" spoke model 24" Tuff Wheel, that was originally made from around 84 to 91. It's much stronger, and stiffer, than the "H" section model. It's available in white, black, yellow, and blue right now. Graphites and red will be available soon.
