Hello,
New here and stumbled upon the site. I hope I am in the right forum. I am trying to sell an old bike I had and would like to know what type it is. Its been a long time since it was bought and has sat for a very long time. Until my little brother got a hold of it.
Anyway, I know there isn't a way to tell how much its worth. I would just like to know if someone could tell me what model Hutch it is for ebay purposes. It doesnt have a serial number anywhere on it. My little brother had the bright (idiotic) idea to paint the rims white to match the rest of the bike. I have no idea what I will do about that.
Thank you for the help.

looks like a Mongoose California or Expert, I just sold a Cali FF for $70.00 Shipped, and had another I just gave away, they aren't that soght after, Yet everything has a value, what kind of stem is on there ?
To bad it isn't a Hutch, you would have no problem selling it,
are you sure there isn't a ser # on there somewhere. the mongoose had ser #'s,
It could be something else, But to me it looks like a Mongoose, Cali or Expert

Those old Mongoose Californians rode real nice. I was never a big Goose fan, but a kid int he neighborhood had one with the SR hollow one-piece cranks and proclass rims. It was nice.

How do you figure its a mongoose. It was bought as it is...a Hutch! It has a Tioga stem, powerline crank, Ame grips and redline peddles.

Well, it has Mongoose dropouts, and Mongoose forks. It pretty much looks like it is a Mongoose. Someone else put Hutch stickers on it.

flip it over , the serial number is stamped either in the bottom bracket housing or the little box support. that will hopefully tell us what model of Mongoose it is.
p.s. I'd give $70 shipped
