Hey guys, i wanted a vintage BMX so thought id ask around my family and friends for an old BMX and ive come up with this... It needs a lot of work. Does anyone know the model or year?
It has tange forks and seat post clamp?

Unfortunately there are no serials/stamps to be seen.

Some other info
The pedals have SAMP 130 Japan
MX brakes
Front wheel had Araya 20x175 Japan
rear wheel Suntour Japan
Grips were Fuan Taiwan
Crank spider had Sugino BMX

I noticed this today, has it had its gusset cut out? Also assume this is spray paint?

Are you the same Rob (or Robby) Morris who rode for Powerlite around 1980?
You got your picture in the centerfold of BMX Action magazine
with all the other young BMX racers at the time.
If it's you, I figure you would be around 35- 37 years old now.

Hey Johnny - sorry not me

Whatever that bike is, it isn't a Redline, only that stem is, sorry.
RobMorris
I found the serial - anyone have any clues?
mr coasterbrake
whatever it is, it was made by Koizumi, in japan, in 1982.
RobMorris
Hey Mr Coasterbrake - how did you find out that info?
Cheers

The bars look like CW....or CW knockoffs.
Steve Bourke
the little baseball symbol is Koizumi thing. they made lots of different brands.

all the parts look good. just get a different frame and handlebars.
RobMorris
Ive found out the frame is MK1 Raleigh Pro Burner - its rare!!
