This guy is selling alot of stuff. It makes me wonder what goodies are in these piles... Go to the following URL. Happy hunting.

Most of it looks pretty basic and not high end stuff. I bet he cherry picked more than he said! That would be a sketchy deal since you can't really tell what is there now so it might be hard to come up with $2 grand worth of stuff out of it. I bet the biggest part of it would have to go to the scrapper! There are piles of bikes like this everywhere. I knew a guy in Colorado that had 10,000 bikes. He had been repairing them since my dad was a kid. I went through it all and didn't come up with anything high end at all. The closest to anything decent was a 70s bridgestone BMX. I think the guy that is listing it has the right idea which is just to buy the good stuff. That is a lot of money to gamble with the economy the way it is!

There are a few back yards in the PHX area like that, just gotta find them.

Wish I could nab that stash

I did this locally once - $500 for everything - turned out 99.9% of it was junk.
I had to arrange a scrap merchant to collect it....

Like the guy didn't already pick and choose through the rubble...

It looks as though he picked off/stripped what he wanted and tried selling it already (according to his ebay sales) and decided it was to much work for what he was getting Here....
