Since you all are interested how it all goes down. Here is how we do it at Bullseye Cycle! This is no small-time lab here fellas. This is the Bullseye Rock Stage. Where the full USA magic goes down. We have 3 Haas machines!! 1-VF2 1 VF-3 both 2006's and a Haas HS-1 Horizontal BADBOY! Its my oldest machine at 2003 but we love her dearly. Not to mention 2 Bridgeport Mills and a sweet Puma 280 CNC lathe. And a bunch of other goodies. Manual Lathes, Drill presses, Miller MIG/TIG welders, etc etc..We have OUR NEW 3500 SQ.FT facility rocking already filling orders all day long. We had to down size from 6500Sq ft as the $$was way out of line. Here is a picture of Me and the boys moving in 1 of our 2 $275,000.00 Mitsubishi waterjet machines. And some other misc. Shots. We are building a halfpipe and some other cool ramps inside for break times. I need to get my skate on once in a while too. The loft Employee "voodoo lounge" and break area will be above the tool room,it will be like an observation area as it has 30Ft high ceilings.. It too will be decked out. Leather sofas, LCD tv's full kitchen. We are really pimping the new local to the hilt this time. In case you ever visit you can chill with us BULLSEYE STYLE.

Wait until You see the design studio where the SolidWorks magic happens! We do all of our 3D modeling and design renderings there. Its an awesome studio and I will post pictures as soon as possible.

They are some damn cool toys you have there Steve! I would love to drop in a take a look at production. The next overseas trip will be a few years away though, so who who's what awesome gear you will be manufacturing by then! Thanks for sharing.

Some of the pix were too large so let me try that again! Here is the 2006 Haas VF2 flying on a prototype pedal. Once we get it they way were all all satisfied, Then we set up the fixture to run 10 at a time! We love this step in developing products. It goes from a 3D rendering to our hand in a matter of hours.

Lets see those machines start whipping ot some cranks!!!!!!!!!!!

Steve, your products are absolutely beautiful! As cash flow permits, I will be decking out my various rides with your stuff. First up will be some of those killer platform pedals for my MTB. I like the fact that you can customized the pin placement on them, great idea!

Steve, the other images posted later were still over size at 1024x768. I'm gonna shut this thread down now.

Good lookin products, indeed!

Available through VBMX advertiser Urban Ride Shop. Done and Done.

Best,

M

P.S. Was hoping you would reply to my PM last week, as I had requested.
