Can someone shed light on this frame and fork setup. Full survivor find. Chrome with Takara on downtube and Outlaw semi-pro on top tube. Bike came with v-bars and Takara outlaw v pad and oaklry looking blue grip with Team Cycle on the end.. Sugino 40 tooth 178 cranks. Suntour 17 tooth freewheel on Kinlin rims with kk hubs. Mx 1000 brakes w/ tech2 levers ,Viscount seat, layback post, shimano dx pedals, FMB gooseneck. Tange seiko BB. Was this a stock offering? A race version? The only marking on the BB reads 02 / / 83. The AKISU fork is stamped 80. Any info would be helpful. Thanks

I am told that they were very similar in many ways , but this frame does have the "t' in both front gussets and the rear gusset behind the seat tube. Its the SEMI-PRO that is intrigueing.
