I am going to present a proposal on adding a MTB/BMX or trails track on some property. I will need to show how BMX or off road biking ranks among other sports as far as injuries go. Other sports include football, baseball, tennis, etc - any sport. I know there is such a listing. I have seen it but I cannot locate it now. I will need a source included for the data.
Any help?

thanks

I didn't see anything for BMX but this has lots of other sports. It's US data though. They list "cycling" but I'm sure that's everything on 2 wheels sans motor.

Yeah but since it's the CPSC, the same folks that make us sell bikes with reflectors and chainguards, I'm sure it covers the 4 year old who bumps his head learning to ride, the mtb guy who endos on a trail and the road cyclist who get hits by a car.

True, but I bet if they kept a percentage tally of people that get hurt riding tracks and trails it'd still be on top!

Maybe, but as a young teen, I only crashed once on the track during races. Actually it was during practice, but that was God's way of punishng me for havin new leathers. At 19 I crashed in each moto one night, but once again, punishment for forgetting my gloves.
