That looks like the old Torker I had a couple years ago. Shoulda kept that thing.

The torker measures 19" from te center of the steer tube to the cnter of the seat tube. I don't know the proper way to measure one with more than one top tube! LOL.

Any idea on the forks?

Forks- look like 26" off of a Schwinn Sidewinder- if they have the metal caps on the bottom.
