thats right $21 spent in Bristow Oklahoma! First score I have had in over a year. This is all I could fit in My BMW M3. Osrlracer and 68189 are going back with me tommorow for more. I counted 6 other Mongoose motomag frames alone. It was overwelming. Lots of stuff. The old man wants $1 a frame LOL. If we don't buy it its going to be scrapped....

I was in tulsa on wednesday and I had a conversation with the manager of a restaurant there, a guy who I awlay see when I go to the grands. anyway, he was telling me he got his cousin's pk ripper the other day. I did not know he was into bmx. anyway, go in there and talk to the manager about his old pk. I will tell you guys the restaurant sometime.

Kid I started out yesterday just going down to chicagopats new shop for some retro SE pads. But I stopped at a bike shop downtown Tulsa who deals in old roadbikes named G Oscar Bikes. He comes up with stuff every once in a while. He said that he had found a goofy looking old mag when he was looking at a pile of junk bikes. wanted to know if I wanted it. It was the MX60. As I was paying for it he said there might be more like them out there. Because he "saw some of them weird loop rear ends and those funny little plastic wheels". So on my receipt he wrote directions and two phone numbers. As soon as I was in the car I called. Just had a feeling. Neither number was any good. So then I thought I would just follow the treasure map G had givin me and take a chance. Shure enough there was the stuff piled out in his yard with all sorts of other things (vintage cub, ford, Case lawnmowers, military dueces and about 15 Vegas including 4 cosworth versions). I walked up and the guy who owned it came out and we introduced ourselves. He said a friend had bought out a old bike shop and dumped it out there. He wanted it gone. to clean the place up to sell. So his friend said sell it off for what ever and scrap the rest. I have to tell you when you walk up to a pile of bikes and you have been trained to spot a looptail or tuff wheel from 300 yards away and then you see 8 to 10 questionable things at once you go into overload

! Brain lock!

I was in the M3 so not much room.

So I grabbed a few things of the top and told him Me and Tommy would be back this morning to disect the rest... I'll post up more pics today.

I do not think I'm going to the grands since I was just there last week, but... the mgr of a coney dog greek place is the guy with the pk. go in there get some coney dogs, and tell him I told you he had a pk. ha ha it's not for sale. he needs to bring it out for display during the grands that is for sure. I was telling him I'm usually up in tulsa for the grands, and he brought up bmx- for him as a kid. I wonder if tommy knows him? the funny thing is, if you ever bring up bmx to guys who are roughly our age, they usually had a bike when they were a kid.

Gotta love scores like that. Let me know if you decide to get ride of the unicycle. Have the same model in a 24" and was thinking about picking up a 20" to match up.
