Not sure if this is old news or not, but I just got an email response from Craig Grant from YETI when I asked if the Super X BMX frame will be put into production for 2009:

"We are. They will be available late November 2008. The frames are being welded as we speak. Details on SRP and purchase info will be on the website when available."

I have a friend who runs the yetifan website and according to him it will be 200 made (some are done already) and retail price here is set to be £650 yep 650 English Pounds!!!!!
and we wont get ours until January
