The Redline-Stu thread got me thinking about some old cool pix from BMXA of RL and Buff-O-Matic landing flat so I thought I'd post a few of them. Sorry for the quality..

Cool pics! I got a rare one for you...

Anyone know who this guy is/was? My dad took this somewhere back in about '81 I think.

Dont know who , but thats the oldest style bike I ever saw do a car jump . I had a few pics that I lost . One had me jumping my 3 wheeler over a shed while doing a turn down . The other was jumping a 78 honda civic through a covered bridge while crossing up the front wheels . that was a cool shot , I hope that one turns up somewhere .

Not old school, but my old friend here in Japan jumping over a Ferrari, he is an old schooler too and has a cool collection of nice bikes and parts. He still rides like there is no tomorrow.

I'm sure that if they weren't, they were about to be! We destroyed so many one-piece cranks just jumping curbs... I wonder what happened to that bike during the landing?

Wow, I remember all those old pics. Those of that are real probably remember the old Vans ad where they replaced the cars with shoes. I can't remember the name of the guy in that shot.
I also remember there was a guy that jumped on a beefed up beach cruiser. He had the record of five cars or something, but I'm talking 79-80ish I think.
