Full Version: What year is my PL 24?

I purchased this PL 24 a few months back. Can anyone tell me what year it is from the serial #? It is 125 71 and has the Redline with the oval stamp on the bottom bracket.

I would love to but I don't think my wife would appreciate it since it is going to be her new rider!

with a serial like that, i'd say 1983-85.

no letters before it? RC maybe ? that would be 83

It doesn't have any letters before the numbers. My other PL 24 does though!
