Came across a couple of DK stems. Don't know much about them. One is more square and wide with a very faint logo in the cap, and the other is narrower and more rounded with a more pronounced logo. Any info on these would be appreciated.

Squared off stem earlier than the rounded version, however they are both fairly early 80's as they rounded off all the corners in the later 80's and early 90's. A classic stem in my opinion....As far as I know they made mini, reg, large, XL, XXL and XXXL versions of these stems...(sounds like t-shirts!!)

the longer one is the late '80s transition style...rounded cap, but still has corners on the back end of the base. next version was rounded all-around, then after that they made the base thicker.

Can anyone say what year they started to round off the top cap on these? I'm trying to build era correct & need to know if I should hold out for an "all square" one..
