Hey kiddies, need the experts help on dis one....Found this sitting in the corner of a shop. The brake bridge is welded on the UNDERSIDE of the chainstays rather than the top. It has a Cook Bros stem on it, is the bike a Cook Bros? Sorry about the lousy pic....

looks like a cyc stormer, but i think it might be a dirt slinger with cook stem.

CYC for sure (Dirt Slinger was the same frame with different decals)
