You are right, DY's are getting not only hard to find but VERY expensive, I've watched a couple frame sets alone go for as much as $ 3,000.00 in the past few months; Crazy uh???

Got 11 so far, although I have had about 4 repaired, which is worthwile, I reckon, especially considering the fact that Tim's (seracingman) work is superb. My pride and joy is my green DY though. Although it isnt an original colour, it should have been - its really beautiful.

Remember that 5 of my DY's are repaired. Dont get me wrong, the repair jobs are fantastic - you'd never know unless I told you, but even so.

Now this is a cool thread!
It is amazing how the prices of these bikes have gone up over the years. I've come close to selling mine twice, yet never have. I have had many people offer to buy it over the years...sometimes I wonder what someone is willing to pay for it. I guess I can get a rough idea based off EBAY prices, but only for the novelty of knowing. I really do not think I could part with it; I have had mine for so long. I still enjoy riding it around the neighborhood every now and then...

Excuse me Neil, but was that aimed at me? It was an honest question.

Not at all - aimed at me, actually.
Your paranoid today, mate - whats up?

Anyways - you cant laugh at people like us - me, Waza, Jaun - we are all ill, and in need of desperate help. How can you laugh and scorn at the afflicated like that? Shame on you!
If you think the DY's are bad, dont ask about the Redlines, although I cant even dream of competing with Waza's Mongeese, or Juan's everything.

I consulted with some of the finest psychological minds ever known.

Here is what they came up with...
11 DY's = Sick
72 geese = Stupid Sick
Personally I think you guys rock! But then again you may want to seek professional help just to be on the safe side. These guys look like they know what they are talking about.

As a professional, my opinion is that there is an addiction here which is less harmful than drugs. At least you get to see where the $ went. And as far as I know, there is no "rehab" facility for this problem. So it should only get worse and spread. Be careful who you associate with, you may infect others without trying. Don't forget to get out and ride these bikes. Tommy
