I rescued a Torker ProX out of a dumpster the other day and haven't been able to locate a serial number on it anywhere. Anyone have any suggestions? The frame and fork are in great shape as is the Pro Neck stem. The rest of the bike is nothing to speak of.

Anyone have an opinion on these buggers? I loved torkers back in '79-'82, but I was never familiar with the Pro X. What's their story? It was a Torker Pro XL that got me back into bmx in '97 or '98. It was yellow and blue like my original DG. I found it at a swap meet and at first (from far away) I thought it might be my old DG that was stolen, but alas. No. You never stop looking for those stolen bikes, do you? Anyway. It was a rad bike - super light aluminum and swank components, but it met the same fate as my DG. Sniff, sniff.
