Hi,

I purchased a bike in the US. Right now it is in San Jose, CA. I need to have it shipped to Germany. Now, I contacted DHL and UPS, both were not helpful at all and could not assist with that issue. UPS requires first of all a corporate (or customer) number otherwise they won't talk to me at all, DHL says they have no experience with shipping bikes ??????? WTF....

Get the seller to box it up then it wont matter what it is. Mite be too big for USPS if its a complete bike so 2 boxes mite be best. If you know someone with a UPS, DHL or FedEx customer number, use that.
