That bike is so sick, congrats Rob - I've got a soft spot for candy red TS's as that was my childhood bike. Maybe someday I'll get lucky and find a survivor in that kind of condition. I won't hold my breath LOL!!! Again, awesome bike. Thanks for sharing.

Oh my God.

Survivor? Jeeeezus it looks NOS. Absolutely Beautiful.

I'm in awe, and I'm not even a "Hutch Guy!"
1984
wow, that is gorgeous!

Survivor? More like "neglected" which is a good thing for the collector-wise! Was that thing even ridden back in the day? I liked the red ones the best myself. That is all kinda nice!

That had to have belonged to one of those kids...you know, the parents buy them this hella bike and they don't do anything but ride down the block, LOL.

you know those classic car tales...

Little old lady drove this 57 bel air to and from church kept it in the garage the rest of the time.

THIS is the VBMX equilivant.

Hey Rob, what a great looking bike. It's really cool to see them in original condition, especially that nice. So, what other treasures do you have Hutch wise?
MikeCarruth
It sure is...awesome stuff Rob!

Regarding the "only-driven-to-church" car reference, it's funny...I have a sighting...we have such a woman here in Oakbrook, IL. She has an old mercedes coupe (not sure of the model) and I see her on Wednesdays and Sundays on my morning Starbucks run literally going to church (still has the 1980s-era plates on it, with a low-azz number, something you could never get today). It is ALWAYS spotless (even in the winter) and you just know it is the original merch, through and through!

As you said...this is the VBMX equivalent!

Best,

M
