Did Quamen make a street frame with a bottle opener welded onto the frame circa late 90s or 1st part of the 00s? I have been trying to find pics of it. The BMX museum has one pic. Looks like a street/flat hybrid frame.

Anyone here have one or info on the specs?

If I remember correctly it had the bottle opener near the dropout and came out around 2004-2005

someone else did, too. i forget who. it was at the back end of a "GT style" pierced toptube.

Lots of bikes companies have added bottle openers to bikes as a novelty idea.
I believe the reference you are making maybe to the jay mirron signature frame (the beast) which was prototyped when he was on hoffman.

2003 Quamen G83 Bottle Opener, I am lucky enough to have one, apparently only 50 were made, I got mine from the discount section of danscomp. This is not mine but heres pics of someone elses:
