This might be some old Toys R' Us P.O.S. bike from back in the day. But I just want to be sure.

Unfortunately, I can't seem to figure out how to shrink the pics so I can upload them.

I acquired what looks like a 20" frame only, the bike is labeled Roadway Cycle Co. serial# is on the right drop out reads: F B M 78-11
But the left side reads: 007850
The front has no decals, single plate gusset has what looks like a tear drop and a circle behind it.
The seat clamp looks like its one piece, as if it was welded there.
The rear looks like the old school looptail bikes.
The strange weld points make me think it may be a POS, but it might just be chain guard welds



Can someone please let me know so I can clean this thing up or just scrap it.

Or maybe tell me how to shrink the pics below 500k
