Hi,

I was thinking about using aircraft stripper to remove the paint of my cro-mo cranks and handlebars to get the RAW look and was wondering if anyone had done this and how it turned out. Pics would be cool. Also did you clear coat the parts ?

I have done it. I like the way it turned out. I used Zip Strip. Spray it on, wait for the paint to curdle, wipe it off. I clear coated mine with rattle can. It works fine. If you don't it will rust quickly.
