Full Version: Junk night Raleigh F/F

Dave Muggleston
I saw a kid pushing this down the street on junk night. He'd just pulled it from a pile. I didn't think he cared all that much about some crusty old bike with no handlebars, and a few dollars later, he agreed. The frame has a Raleigh badge, the fork is unmarked. It's a nice-looking frame, but I'm guessing it's low-end since the weld quality is inconsistent. It had Sugino chromoly cranks, Sugino alloy sprocket, and decent wheels with cheapo hubs and blue Araya aeros.

What do the forks look like? I think I have thesame f&f set. I also have a 24" cruiser f&f set that is sweet.

I think that is the same F&F that I used for my first race bike. I have been kinda half hearted looking for one to build up like I had BITD. Nice score
