OK guys it is that time of the year again put in the order for the trophys am in the process of talking to a member or two about some changes will make this thing bigger as i want to see more of these midschool bikes i see all over the site start showing up bring them out guys. I am not posting pictures of the trophys due to problems with the best of show trophy from last year I will tell you this think BIG. There is no charge for showing your bike No charge for eating how ever much food you can and drink as much as you can. This is a donation only affair I pay for everything out of my own pocket. I will have flyers at rockford this year and will be handing them out to everyone, If you need to set up a tent or table please contact me also so i can accomidate room for you. We will be taking donations again this year for the raffle as again i will be raffling off some of my own stuff from my personal collection, Also recently got in touch with a local buisness who deals in alot of vintage rock shirts and stuff of that nature maybe a couple atari items he might be setting up a tent with a shirt rack, also talkig to my local Vinyl decal guy who does banners and custom decals He might be setting up a little booth also.

Ok guys,, if you haven't been to this show/gathering, let me tell you this is a GREAT ONE and ONE NOT TO BE MISSED. James and his crew have gone ALL OUT for the prior 2 so I can only imagine what they have planned for this year.So if your within a few hours or more drive, I would HIGHLY reccomend taking the trip to Ottawa,(home of well....NOTHING!!) to quote a member here, and have one heck of a good day filled with Vintage and Mid School BMX Bikes, people and fun.

James, maybe we can get more of us to ride/terrorize the local streets again this year? I enjoyed that..

I will definitely be there with the VBMX rig and our new 10x20 tent.

You can be in charge of another award LOL. yes lincoln also stayed at a riverside house along the Illinois river was a Halfway house was one of his favorite places to stay while traveling. I will consider a terror in the streets

That is true Chuck, the skatepark is open once again. They also have added a camera since kids like to rip the chainlink fence out with their cars, which is why it was closed in the first place.

Can't help it, I like History. Like the saying goes you can't know where you are going unless you know where you have been. There is alot to learn from History. You can use it as a guide to progresss to the future and not make the same mistakes, or blindly fallow it as a guide and make the same stupid mistakes.
