So it's the middle of the night, but I work nights so of course I'm up.

And I live in an upstairs apt above a schoolteacher who probably
hates me for being up all night....

So I finally got around to removing all the guts from two sets of Tuffs.

1 pr tuff ones, 1 pr metal flange tuff IIs. Both coaster brake rears.
Both pairs black.

Time to clean 'em up. Bathtub of course. LOL

So I fill up tub with hot water, wondering the whole time if
these wheels will be underwater or if I'll have to flip them
to get a nice soak going on.

Take a guess. Will they float? Or sink? Remember the guts are out.

Sheesh, I need a girlfriend... rolleyes.gif

Well the outcome of this could be monumentous as I'd finally be able to take the lifejacket off the handlebars of the Trickstar I use for lake jumping.

My guess, like a stone.

Well, the results are in. After indepth, high-tech lab research, the answer is:

Yup, like a stone. I gotta admit, that sort of surprised me.
So keep the lifejacket tied firmly to the bars.
