Hey there. New guy at the site but a past background in Oklahoma BMX. Been looking to restore my old BMX bikes and found this site. Thought what the heck! The kid is getting interested in BMX and the bikes, and constantly begs me to ride my old racers from back in the day.
Anyway, I used to race up until I had the chance to go Pro, and walked away due to a football injury, oh...20 years ago I guess, but I hung on to my Mongoose and got into a Redline a few years ago, as well as my Diamondback. Currently, riding a 24-inch Haro which I've thought about taking back into racing as an old guy at the local track.
Here's a snap of my prized possession though. Getting ready to clean her up as well as my other rides.

Welcome!

LOL um no....I have some friends who tell me it's worth quite a bit, but I don't really care. My buddy gave it to me when he moved to California back in the late 80's. I've had it ever since. Why get rid of it now unless it'll pay off my house? smile.gif
