I have been away from the hobby for awhile, so I'm sorry if I missed something, but has anyone heard from Rod Miles lately?

Ok, first off I'm by no means slamming Rod here. This is not a gripe. I'm just wondering if something happened.

Here's the story..... Back in 7/07 I bought a PK Ripper looptail frame off Lou on here. Lou had sent it to Rod with plans to repair. I bought it off him in the intern, and advised Rod what I wanted done. I've been in contact with Rod since then and he said he was busy working on a lot of aluminum frames now. This was back in Nov.

It's now March, and I haven't heard anything. I tried to leave messages, and call, but haven't had any luck.
I also left a message with Lou, thinking maybe he had some insight.

Does anyone know what Rod's status is?

If you talk to him can you have him get ahold of me.

I`ve called Rod via cell phone. I get voice mail, sometimes right away and sometimes it rings a few times. The last time I seen Rod was about a year ago when he was down for the Daytona speedweeks.

dbar, if you got in touch with him, did he say anything about the status of all the items that he has? I am wondering if he still even has my OM frame. LMK

Now why is it he replies to some people, but not to others? I've been racking up a nice phone bill talking to Rod's answerphone machine. Something isnt right here - Rod struck me as a real standup guy, certainly not the type of guy to just ignore messages and voicemails from people. Can anyone get him on here so we can have a chat with him?

Yeah, I've been trying to get Rod via E-mail & phone with no luck at all, I miss my P.K. its been well over a year. Please someone tell me something. I'm not mad or anything but I'd be lying if I said I wasnt starting to worry.

I guess I just got lucky with him answering when I tried to call. This is the deal. I'm sure Rod will reply here once he get's the time. It appears he has been having some health issues, and from what I understand he had someone close pass away.

He was aware of my frame and did reassure me that he would be getting back to them all soon.
Out of respect for him I will let him give more details if it is something he wants to do.

I know you're all patient people, but I would ask that you please continue to be patient. He doesn't strike me as a man who forgets. He will get back in touch.
