may be a longshot here, but if someone has a high res or decent pic of the polished RA-10 that's in that article, please fwd on a pic or post it up.

I'm pretty sure I have an issue of Super BMX where they test a Race Inc. RA-10. And if I remember correctly, the aluminum frame was chrome plated and they went on to talk about the extra steps needed to do that. I can try to dig the issue out and scan it if you want.

This is from the September 1983 issue of Super BMX. I've yet to see one in person or online of these chrome plated aluminum frames like they tested here. Hope this maybe helps you.

Pep, I have that issue as well with the color centerfold. I assume your gonna build my frame like that. I can mail you the magazine so you can finger it, as long as I get it back when you are done. Let a brotha know.

you had the Chromoly version, not the Aluminum. none the less, still a cool bike. call me sometime on the wheelset. Have some questions.
