Just got done takin this all apart/cleaning/re-greasing/re-building.
All originaly as built back when...crap I forgot to put on the old poorboy and purple UGP pads that came with it too. I'll add those on and do better pix outside & post'm later.
Scott M finned pads, spandex vetta selle turbo saddle, beartrap headset, unsealed doublewall peregrine 48's, jive grips with plugs, GT pinned pedals, profile's, old GT tires/double seatclamp...looks like old thrashed S&M pegs too. Oh yea, looks like all stainless hardware on the redneck - no rust at ALL when every other bolt on the bike was...shaft bolt stainless too. Also has the wedgie jackson.
Stripped decals just like everyone did, so dam I can only guess that this is a '95?
I didn't change the tubes, cable, nothing. Tubes held air and trimmed/re-did the original cable.

These cut down 95ish GT Pro Series bars on here? Only thing I am not totally sure about on this thing.

Looking good! You sure on the year? I was told mine was a 95, and it has threadless headset and 990's.

The headtube size and 990 mounts were an optional thing in 95/96...maybe even later than that too , not sure. I'm judging my estimate by the parts on this bike. Mostly helpful is that all the GT parts on this bike line up well with the offerings from the '94 and '95 GT catalogs. So could be a '94? I guess. We can't tell what year by the serials really, but after looking at several serials from early/mid 90's S&M DB's there seems to be some kind of trend in numbers with the years, though still a random thing...idk I'm prolly wrong, I am quite often sad.gif

95 was the last year of threaded and it was an option like you mentioned.
