I have the same frame and fork. About a year ago a number of trustworthy (IMHO) people here identified it as "one of many possible names" Taiwanese made. No great heritage but still a very attractive bike.

I've been wanting to do a custom bike with colors of my choice and built without any concern for correctness (sort of "Street Machine vs Concours" in hotrod terms). So I decided this frame is going to be my "have fun with no constraints" build. I get the free spirit out of my system without bastardizing a bike with true heritage.
