There was a whole big size tub of it at a bike shop in the next town so I picked it up. Good stuff no? Looks kinda old.

No, they don't make it anymore, and to me it was the best ever. I'd kill for some. I used that grease exclusively on every single bike I ever owned. If you every want to sell it, I'm your guy.

Bitd I could walk into a shop and tell you which grease they used from the smell , usually Phil wood or bull shot . Thanks for the flashback . The red bull shot had a wild smell .

Found some on Amazon.com-Here's the link to it:
http://www.amazon.com/Bull-Shot-Adhesive-B...0651&sr=8-1I had called Chris King ahwile back to ask them what they recommend to clean and re-lube their headset bearings. The girl on the phone said to clean the bearings with WD-40, blow out with air, and then re-lube/grease with Bullnose brand grease. I said to her, you mean BULL SHOT.................She goes no, it's Bullnose brand. I said ok, thanks for the info.
I think the girl was confused on the wording of the brand. I stumbled across the Bull Shot on Amazon.com. I've yet to find any grease called Bullnose though. Maybe she was new and had a brain fart. Or maybe there is such a thing as Bullnose and I just can't find it.

Was at Tanglewood a couple of weeks ago and one of the guys pulls a a huge can of it out of his gear bag. Said he worked in a bike shop as a teen and got the industrial sized can there.
