We've been discussing emigrating to NZ for a while now, we've done some research and it appears that we qualify, so we're going to take it a step further and start looking at job opportunities and the best places to live...

We currently live in England, but with no major family ties and having 2 children under 6 we feel we could give them a better future in New Zealand., I know a few people who have recently moved out and love it. We've never been to NZ, however we are planning a family holiday sometime soon and to find out more about the lifestyle, good/bad areas to live, prospects for employment etc. We are looking at Auckland or Wellington areas to start with, what do you think ?

I'd really appreciate any help or views on what/where we should look - any info from you guys would be greatly received,

Thanks smile.gif

Subwax? New Zealand? NNNNOOOOOO!..... smile.gif

Actually, come on over. To give you an idea of the english influx...

I am a manager of a CNC Programming Office. My boss is from england, and his boss is from england. In my bosses office, there are five english people out of eight. All of them have arrived from the UK within the last 18 months.

In the factory, the ratio is even crazier... what is it with you guys? smile.gif

Seriously Subwax, email me: axsyscnc@ihug.co.nz

I can give you some insights.
