Looks like an 85 to me...
The top tubes are straight like the 85-86's.
The handle bar height gives it away as an 85.

Based on the fork pegs, I'd say 86.

Ah - yes.. I forgot about the fork peg height... weren't the late 85's like that too?

I guess it all doesn't really matter unless you're the winner of the auction.... "fish N' Woman? "

The component package screams 86 to me as well. The 85 fork pegs were high like that, but the pegs themselves were fixed. Those are 86 flip down pegs. I would love a set of those for my Osborn Pro.
The group 1 stem and I think the directional chainwheel also came out in 86.

$242 for a bike that looks like it came from the bottom of a lake...incredible. Who knew...
mr coasterbrake
that's such a mix-match of parts it's hard to say.

85/86 Masters never came stock with 1-pc cranks. it kinda looks like a Master frameset with (more or less) a 1986 Sport built kit.

hi-mounted flip pegs = early 1986, for what that is worth.
